Come for one session just to get your gameplan, or return again and again to practice 1:1 together (20- and 30-minute sessions available!). I can create a custom plan for your to find your maximum chill. All too often, my fellow neurodivergent clients and friends find it hard to find the meditation that’s right for them, but I promise there is a version that suits you and it’s waiting for you to discover it.
