Holistic Health Coaching

Maybe you’ve received a life-changing diagnosis? Maybe you have a big care team already and you’re overwhelmed managing appointments, admin, and implementing new treatments and recommendations? Maybe you feel like you’re struggling to create a life centered around your health and well-being?

Are you ready to reclaim agency in your health, embrace a new version of yourself, and build the foundations of a healthy life? You’ve come to the right place.

We’re not meant to do this alone

Navigating health challenges can feel lonely; it can feel like we’re the only one with the burden of taking so much time and care to be well. Let me support you in your wellness goals and intentions.

So often we get recommendations for wellness practices but have little in the way of bandwidth or resources to make lasting changes. Habit change is exhausting, especially on top of managing your health and living your day-to-day life.

Our modern world makes it almost impossible to feel truly well without having to push back against the norms, which can be both uncomfortable and freeing. Let me be your guide and cheerleader.

I can help take the overwhelm out of building a life rooted in your health. Together we use a strengths-based approach to identify what matters to you and use behavioral science and mindfulness to change your habits, routines, and mindset and in turn, your health.

Let me walk with you on your journey back to yourself.

Are you ready to take control of your health?

Most people were socialized into believing Western medicine was the cure-all. Unfortunately, so many of us find out the hard way the limitations of the Western approach. It’s often at that point we have to turn elsewhere for support. That’s where holistic health coaching can really shine. Together we organize your whole life to support your health and wellness, make sure you’re clear on who you want on your care team, and reclaim your agency in your own health and life.

“When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be.

— Lao Tzu

The least talked about aspect of a diagnosis? The identity shift.

My cancer journey started just before my 30th birthday. I knew getting a cancer diagnosis was sure to change my life, but I didn’t realize it would spark a complete disintegration of who I felt I was. Standard of care doesn’t take into consideration the whole person you are having this experience. They focus on symptom management and get hyper-focused on the diagnosed disease, rather than zooming out to look at the picture of your entire life in the context of the time we live in. “Western” medicine is great at keeping people alive, but not great at quality of life, or helping you navigate the changes.

Whether you’ve received a diagnosis (or several) or you’re simply not feeling as alive as you think you could, it’s easy to feel like you’re all alone, and even scarier when you start to feel like you don’t know who you are. Let me help you discover this new version of you, and in the process find a path toward lasting, true wellness.

Let’s build a foundation of wellness, so you can live a life you love

  • Holistic, to me, means all-encompassing. It means we are addressing all areas of your life, from work to your home to your habits and everything in between.

  • I don’t! What works for me won’t necessarily work for you — everyone is so different. My focus is on meeting your bio-individual needs. I meet you where you are at, and we tailor our work together to meet your goals. I have knowledge and experience with the Metabolic Approach to Health, the Glucose Goddess’s approach to healthy blood sugar levels, IIN’s Wheel of Life, Autoimmune Paleo (and keto) protocol, and my own philosophy which I call Intentionalism (consider it decluttering for your entire life). I believe in the interconnection of mind, body, and spirit/heart/soul/emotions, so I think it’s critical to consider modalities outside of traditional “medical” support.

  • Everyone is welcome! I have a particular affinity for those facing cancer, burn out, overworking tendencies, gut issues, and/or existential considerations, but I am confident my support will benefit anyone ready to make changes.

Let’s work together.

As a young adult cancer survivor and holistic wellness enthusiast, my life wasn’t always centered around my health. I was a textbook over-worker and overachiever, dedicated to my freelance hustle, often skipping meals and fueling myself with caffeine. It turns out, there’s a different way to live: a full meaningful life rooted in what truly matters to you. A life where you feel truly alive, maybe for the first time.

Reclaim your health through 1:1 coaching

Modalities + Practices

Gallup CliftonStrengths Assessment

The report gives us great insights into how you approach change and problem-solving. The path of least resistance is one where you follow what you’re naturally good at — why should your health journey be any different? As a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, I love to incorporate a strengths-based approach to everything I do.

Mindfulness + Meditation

It’s almost impossible to create change without self-awareness. One of the most underrated qualities is presence, and it’s also the most potent. As a UCLA Mindful Training in Mindfulness Facilitation graduate and avid meditator, we practice together and also explore what mindfulness + meditation works best for your body, nervous system, and mind.

Metabolic Approach to Health Terrain Ten Survey

As a big believer in metabolic health (think, cellular health) at the root of our physical wellness, I love the Metabolic Terrain Institute of Health’s Terrain Ten Assessment, which gives a high-level look at which of the 10 “terrains” of your body is out of balance. Their focus is treating the whole person, not just the tumor/disease.

Intentionalism

I coined the term Intentionalism after my own cancer diagnosis helped me clarify what really matters to me. Intentionalism is the process of decluttering the thoughts, people, places, things, and emotions in your life. A truly holistic approach to incorporating mindfulness and self-reflection, cultivating authenticity.

Additional Personality Assessments

Depending on your goals, I may have you take an assessment like MBTI 16 Personalities, Gretchen Rubin’s The Four Tendencies (what kind of accountability works best for you), and other similar tools for self-reflection and language.

Nervous System Support

Through mindfulness practices, polyvagal theory inspired practices, and movement practice, we find ways to support your nervous system to create real, lasting change. All too often our brains and hearts are on board, but until your nervous system is ready to change, you’ll find yourself stuck in old patterns.

My approach = custom to you

Bio-individuality is at the core of my coaching philosophy. More than any protocol or specific framework for health, it is essential that we find the route forward that suits your body, heart, and mind. Neurodivergent? Great! Super busy with 3 kids? Awesome. Small business owner juggling a million things? We got this. Together we come up with a plan that suits your goals, needs, and the way you create habit change. My greatest joys in coaching come from exploring the depths of what makes you so you.

I am an IIN Certified Holistic Health Coach, am in the process of completing the Metabolic Regen Terrain Advocate Program, and I’ve lived my own health journey enough to recognize that everyone is different. While I provide knowledge and information to my clients, I won’t try to convince you to follow a protocol that doesn’t suit you. My job is to support you in the decisions you make. That said, I’m happy to teach you about a wide variety of different approaches and protocols. This is your journey, I’m here to walk with you.

Coaching work starts with 3 months of biweekly 1-hour sessions for $3,000 ($1,000/month), with the option to continue monthly.
