Holistic Health + Life Coaching
Our modern world makes it almost impossible to feel truly well without having to push back against the norms. That process can be both uncomfortable and freeing. Are you ready to reclaim your health, wellness, and life?
We’re not meant to do this alone
Let me support you in your wellness goals and intentions. So often we get recommendations for wellness practices but have little in the way of bandwidth or resources to make lasting changes.
Together we use a strengths-based approach to identify what matters to you and use behavioral science and mindfulness to change your habits, routines, and mindset and in turn, your health.
Let’s build a foundation of wellness and well-being so you can live a life you love.
-
Holistic, to me, means all-encompassing. It means we are addressing all areas of your life, from work to your home to your habits and everything in between.
-
I don’t! What works for me won’t necessarily work for you — everyone is so different. My focus is on meeting your bio-individual needs. I meet you where you are at, and we tailor our work together to meet your goals. I have knowledge and experience with the Metabolic Approach to Health, the Glucose Goddess’s approach to healthy blood sugar levels, IIN’s Wheel of Life, Autoimmune Paleo (and keto) protocol, and my own philosophy which I call Intentionalism (consider it decluttering for your entire life).
-
Everyone is welcome! I have a particular affinity for those facing cancer, burn out, overworking tendencies, gut issues, and/or existential considerations, but I am confident my support will benefit anyone ready to make changes.
Modalities + Practices
Gallup CliftonStrengths Assessment
The report gives us great insights into how you approach change and problem-solving. The path of least resistance is one where you follow what you’re naturally good at — why should your health journey be any different? As a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, I love to incorporate a strengths-based approach to everything I do.
Mindfulness + Meditation
It’s almost impossible to create change without self-awareness. One of the most underrated qualities is presence, and it’s also the most potent. As a UCLA Mindful Training in Mindfulness Facilitation graduate and avid meditator, we practice together and also explore what mindfulness + meditation works best for your body, nervous system, and mind.
Metabolic Approach to Health Terrain Ten Assessment
As a big believer in metabolic health (think, cellular health) at the root of our physical wellness, I love the Metabolic Terrain Institute of Health’s Terrain Ten Assessment, which gives a high-level look at which of the 10 “terrains” of your body is out of balance.
Additional Personality Assessments
Depending on your goals, I may have you take an assessment like MBTI 16 Personalities, Gretchen Rubin’s The Four Tendencies (what kind of accountability works best for you), and other similar tools for self-reflection and language.
Nervous System Support
Through some mindfulness practices, polyvagal theory inspired practices, and when wanted/needed movement practice, we find ways to truly support your nervous system to create real, lasting change. All too often our brains and hearts are on board, but until your nervous system is ready to change, you’ll find yourself stuck in old patterns.
My approach = custom to you
Bio-individuality is at the core of my coaching philosophy. More than any protocol or specific framework for health, it is essential that we find the route forward that suits your body, heart, and mind. Neurodivergent? Great! Super busy with 3 kids? Awesome. Small business owner juggling a million things? We got this. Together we come up with a plan that suits your goals, needs, and the way you create habit change. My greatest joys in coaching come from exploring the depths of what makes you so you.
I am an IIN Certified Holistic Health Coach, am in the process of completing the Metabolic Approach to Cancer Terrain Advocate Program, and I’ve lived my own health journey enough to recognize that everyone is different. While I provide knowledge and information to my clients, I won’t try to convince you to follow a protocol that doesn’t suit you. My job is to support you in the decisions you make. That said, I’m happy to teach you about a wide variety of different approaches and protocols.
Coaching work starts with 3 months of biweekly 1-hour sessions for $1,500 ($500/month), with the option to continue monthly.
