Digital Disaster Prep Audit

  • We meet for 1 hours to deep dive audit your disaster preparedness level. We might be digging through files on your computer or you might be showing me your piles of unsorted paperwork. At the end of the session we make a game-plan to tackle your disaster prep in a way that works best for you.

  • $350

    Includes the live Zoom or in-person audit + written up game-plan.

  • If you have the chance to gather important documents (passports, birth certificates, etc) in one place, this can expedite our work, but is not mandatory. For some clients simply finding the documents is the work.

We focus on getting all of your important documents and information digitized and organized in one place. This usually includes:

  • IDs & passports

  • Insurance information (policies, login info)

  • List of bank accounts and assets

  • Emergency plans and emergency info

  • Medical info (advance directives, list of doctors, preferred hospital, medications, etc)

  • Legal documents (wills, trusts)

  • List of property (tech, real estate, cars)

  • Taxes and supporting documents

  • Important contacts (sometimes separate from emergency contacts)

  • Pet info (if applicable)

  • One 3-hour session

    Let’s make this simple. You come with all of your documents ahead of time (I’ll tell you what you’ll need). We’ll create a digital structure that works for your needs, and then we’ll digitize and label everything.

  • $550

Full Service

  • My approximation is six 3-hour sessions minimum, but it depends on how organized you are to begin with. Could be two sessions, could be eight+.

    Together we’ll get your most important documents and information digitized and organized.

    • Set up proper data backups

    • Set up a password management system (does not include password resetting/updating, that is considered an add-on session)

    • Digitize and organize all of your important documents

    This process will likely take a minimum of 6 sessions together, though each person’s needs are very different.

  • Two 3-hour sessions a month over 3 months gives you time to collect additional documents, adjust to your new systems, and not get overwhelmed by the amount of organizing work.

    Again, the exact number of sessions will depend on your specific needs and the state of things coming in. We won’t fully know until we dive in.

  • Sessions billed at $200/hr. The approximate cost is $3,600 over 3 months (billed monthly), but depends on your specific needs.

  • Full Password Overhaul

    Say goodbye to your beloved password notebook. You need a digital solution for your digital needs.

    We’ll set up or clean up a password management system. Reset and refresh old passwords.

  • Jewelry Inventory

    Make sure you have the right insurance coverage and proof of ownership in the event of a disaster.

    We’ll take photos of each item and create a spreadsheet to catalog each item with the needed info.

  • Business Info for Important Documents

    As we collect all of your important documents, you may have a business that needs to be added. Make sure you have all of your needed business info stored safely (think EIN number, tax documents, legal paperwork).

How often do you dig that box of family photos out of the closet and look through them? Do you wish you had them all digitized, but don’t want to ship them off in a box to an unknown place?

Digital Organizing

If you are overwhelmed by your inbox, desktop, files, and/or general digital clutter, this is for you. Maybe you had a system long ago, you don’t fully understand how to maximize your tech, or maybe you feel like there’s simply too much to begin. Together we dive in and make a plan to tackle your digital clutter, one file at a time. Because everyone’s digital clutter looks so different, this process can take a few sessions or a whole year. Together we determine the best level of support for you.

Recommended number of sessions vary based on your needs. Billed hourly at $200/hour.
