Holding onto old photos is preserving your history, but printed photos don’t come with back-ups. As we get deeper into the digital era, fewer of us are accessing our printed photos, while we are in our phone photo library constantly. Digitize your printed photos and mementos to keep them safe and sound, and easily accessible.

Holding onto paper filing means you’re losing out on time finding what you need. Even the most organized filing cabinet still takes longer than a quick spotlight search on a computer. We will hand-collect and hand-deliver your photos or documents from our door to yours. For larger scanning jobs (looking at you small businesses with 80 years of paper documentation!), we will coordinate working on-site.

Happy to travel further afield if costs are covered.

We understand the importance of personalized service. We don’t want to ship our photos to a random warehouse either.

This service was born of our own need to digitize a lifetime of photos and documents. There simply wasn’t a reliable source other than the pack-up-a-box and pray your family history doesn’t get lost in the mail kind. Whether am individual or a business, we’re ready to to help you turn all of your printed photos and documents into backed-up, digital assets.

Photo Scanning

  • Let’s get your family photos scanned and properly backed-up.

    THE LOGISTICS

    • We come in-person to pick up your photos and mementos.

    • Upon return, we will bring a hard-drive with all of your memories digitized, and sit down with you to make sure everything is properly downloaded and backed-up to a secure cloud service.

    • Your choice of enhanced scanning (red eye correction, color enhancement) or as-is, high-res scans.

    • For an additional cost, you can keep the external hard drive full of images.

    • If you have a closet or two full of photos, we can discuss the logistics of me doing all of the scanning on-site.

  • Flat rate of $1,000 covers in-person pickup and hand delivery of digital files, uploaded to an agreed upon cloud service/backup. The cost of cloud storage is additional.

    • $0.50 per photo no enhancements

    • $0.75 per photo with digital enhancements (organized into “edited” and “unedited” for easy access)

    • Additional digital organizing needs are billed at $200/hr, and are agreed upon mutually

    On-site scanning subject to an additional hourly rate of $50/hr.

Document Scanning

  • Let’s get your business or home into the modern age by scanning and backing up your documents and filing.

    THE LOGISTICS

    • Depending the amount of files, we’ll either pick up the scanning or work on-site with our scanner and equipment.

    • Upon return, we will bring a hard-drive with all of your data (organized exactly as it was given to me) and sit down with you to make sure everything is properly downloaded and backed-up to a secure cloud service/integrated into your business’ digital archives.

    • Documents will be scanned as readable PDFs to allow for searching.

  • Pricing varies based on the scale of your needs, as well as whether the work is done on-site or off-site. On-site work is billed at an additional hourly rate of $50/hr.

    Pricing starts at a flat rate of $1,000 with additional cost-per-page.

Through my years of web design and development, I learned the in’s and out’s of computers and what it takes to stay organized in the digital realm (dating/marrying an I.T. expert is also immensely helpful). With a few simple tips, I’m confident we can get your digital world in order, so you can rest easier at night knowing you’ve got back-ups for everything.

Digital Organizing

If you are overwhelmed by your inbox, desktop, files, and/or general digital clutter, this is for you. Maybe you had a system long ago, you don’t fully understand how to maximize your tech, or maybe you feel like there’s simply too much to begin. Together we dive in and make a plan to tackle your digital clutter, one file at a time. Because everyone’s digital clutter looks so different, this process can take a few sessions or a whole year. Together we determine the best level of support for you.

Recommended number of sessions vary greatly based on your needs. Billed hourly at $200/hour.
