Together we’ll get your most important documents and information digitized and organized.
Set up proper data backups
Set up a password management system (does not include password resetting/updating, that would be an add-on session)
Digitize and organize all of your important documents: IDs & passports, insurance information, list of bank accounts, emergency plans + other emergency info, medical info (list of doctors, preferred hospitals, medications etc), list of property (tech, real estate, cars), taxes and supporting documents, important contacts, pet info (if applicable)
This process will take a minimum of 6 sessions together, though each person’s needs are different.

Two 3-hour sessions a month over 3 months gives you time to collect additional documents, adjust to your new systems, and not get overwhelmed by the amount of organizing work.

$600/session = $3,600 over 3 months (billed monthly). Additional sessions billed at $200/hr.

Make sure you have the right insurance coverage and proof of ownership in the event of a disaster.
We’ll take photos of each item and create a spreadsheet to catalog each item with the needed info.

Business Info for Important Documents
As we collect all of your important documents, you may have a business that needs to be added. Make sure you have all of your needed business info stored safely (think EIN number, tax documents, legal paperwork).

Concierge Photo Scanning
How often do you dig that box of family photos out of the closet and look through them? Do you wish you had them all digitized, but don’t want to ship them off in a box to an unknown place?
I offer local scanning services at prices comparable to online services ($0.50/photo), but I pick the photos up from you directly.
Pricing is a flat rate of $1,000 + $0.50/photo, which includes hand delivery of digital files (uploaded to agreed upon cloud service/backup) and return of original photos. An external hard drive with digital photos is available at an added cost. Any additional organizing needs will be agreed upon ahead and billed at $200/hr.

If you are overwhelmed by your inbox, desktop, files, and/or general digital clutter, this is for you. Maybe you had a system long ago, you don’t fully understand how to maximize your tech, or maybe you feel like there’s simply too much to begin. Together we dive in and make a plan to tackle your digital clutter, one file at a time. Because everyone’s digital clutter looks so different, this process can take a few sessions or a whole year. Together we determine the best level of support for you.
Recommended number of sessions vary greatly based on your needs. Billed hourly at $200/hour.
