    Recommended coaching starts with 3 months of biweekly 1-hour sessions for $1,500.

  • Small Business Organizing

    There are organizing services for everything nowadays, and business coaches seem to be crawling out of the woodwork everywhere. But what about someone to help you organize and simplify all of the things you have in your busy life and business? Let me help you get your ducks in a row in your business, so you can find room for ease, fun, and spontaneity in all aspects of your life.

    Together we'll streamline your business -- from systems to file structure, and then move on to addressing behavioral changes in your life.

    Recommended sessions vary based on your own needs. Pricing varies by sessions needed. 90-minute working audit session is $350. Ongoing work is usually priced at $200/hour.

  • Health Coaching

    Not dissimilar to Life Coaching, but with more of a focus on wellness and health. Let me support you in your wellness goals and intentions. So often we get recommendations for wellness practices but have little in the way of bandwidth or resources to make lasting changes.

    Together we use a strengths-based approach to identify what matters and use behavioral science and mindfulness to change your habits, routines, and mindset and in turn, your health.

    Recommended coaching starts with 3 months of biweekly 1-hour sessions for $1,500 ($500/month).

  • Digital Organizing

    You are overwhelmed by your inbox, desktop, files, and/or general digital clutter. Perhaps you had a system long ago, you don’t fully understand how to maximize your tech, or maybe you feel like there’s simply too much to begin. No matter your story, we dive and make a plan to tackle your digital clutter, one file at a time. Because everyone’s digital clutter looks so different, this process can take a few sessions or a whole year. Together we determine the best level of support for you.

    Recommended sessions vary greatly based on your needs. Typically billed $150/hour.

  • Strengths Coaching: Single Session

    Maybe you’re feeling uninspired or unfulfilled at work, or you’re looking for a way to feel more alive in your day-to-day life, together we explore your CliftonStrengths Profile and uncover what makes you so magically you. The assessment gives you new language to understand what brings you joy and flow in all aspects of your life. I support you in making a plan to embrace your strengths in all aspects of your life to bring new energy, engagement, and fulfillment.

    Single session is $289, ongoing sessions are considered life coaching clients.

  • Strengths Coaching: Team Dynamics

    The Gallup CliftonStrengths Assessment is an excellent way to build a deeper understanding of your work team's strengths and synergy. In a 90-minute session, or longer depending on the size of your team, we'll explore the interplay of everyone's Strengths profiles. This gives each team member a deeper understanding of themselves and of everyone on the team. This can foster more understanding, clearer communication, and better teamwork.

    Pricing is based on team-size and starts at $1,500.

  • Cancer Guide

    You, or your loved one, have just been diagnosed with cancer. Whether terminal or not, there are 1,001 changes that come with a cancer diagnosis. I’m here to help you get organized and help you adjust to the transition of active treatment. Every cancer diagnosis is different and there’s no manual, but there are incredibly helpful resources I can recommend. No one asks to be part of the cancer club, let me help mitigate the overwhelm of riding tsunami of information and decisions.
